Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to lead a team of Production Operators and Technicians in meeting daily manufacturing targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires supervising daily activities, coordinating with other departments, and implementing lean and continuous-improvement projects. You will manage cross-training, maintain records, and work eight-hour day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or contract-manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading a team of more than 50 Production Operators or Technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP.
• Good understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Positive attitude and able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to meet operational deadlines.
• Able to work eight-hour day and night shifts.
