Job summary

People Profilers PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a skilled technician team in a fast-paced capital equipment manufacturing environment. You will report to the Senior Manager and drive safe, high-quality, on-time production.

You will lead shifts, plan resources, and drive Lean, Kaizen, and 5S improvements while ensuring smooth handovers and a strong safety culture. Must have engineering degree and 3+ years supervising technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years in a technical role in semicon, aviation, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years supervising skilled technicians.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Track record in Lean or continuous improvement projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4/3/4/3).
