Job summary

SMARTT PRECISION MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead technicians and operators in daily operations.

You will train, coach and support the team, ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met, optimize resources, maintain quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in assembly/welding in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience supervising production teams.
• Understanding of production processes and quality requirements.
• Ability to identify and solve production issues.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in assembly/welding operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience managing and leading production teams such as operator and technician.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality requirements.
• Able to identify and solve production issues effectively.
• Able to make decisions and work well under pressure.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
