Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise production technicians and operators in daily operations. You will train, coach, and support team members to improve performance while ensuring targets and delivery schedules are met.

You will allocate manpower, materials and equipment efficiently, monitor production activities for quality, and track output, downtime and scrap rates. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Experience supervising production teams such as operators and technicians.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.

• Good understanding of production processes and quality requirements.
• Able to identify and solve production issues effectively.
• Able to make decisions and work well under pressure.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
