Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a lifting operations supervisor in Singapore to lead daily lifting activities at Benoi Road, ensure safety compliance, and develop effective lifting plans. You will coordinate with engineering, operations and maintenance, mentor teams, and maintain comprehensive records to support project schedules.

The role requires proven supervision experience in lifting operations, strong rigging knowledge, and familiarity with marine logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising lifting operations, preferably within marine or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety standards (e.g., Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations, local maritime safety guidelines).
• Ability to lead teams with excellent communication and safety focus.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and enforcing safety protocols.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with marine logistics is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in lifting operations supervision or safety management preferred.

• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of safety policies, procedures, and training programs related to lifting operations.
• Respond promptly to operational issues, troubleshooting challenges to minimize downtime and maintain project schedules.
