Job summary

Toll Group in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Lifting Operations Supervisor to oversee lifting activities at marine sites and vessels. You will ensure adherence to approved lifting plans, risk assessments and safety procedures while coordinating with vessel crews and contractors.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-lift checks, inspecting cranes and rigging gear, supervising riggers and crane operators, and maintaining lifting records to meet WSH and marine requirements.

• Oversee lifting activities at marine sites and vessels in line with approved lifting plans and risk assessments.
• Conduct pre-lifting checks and toolbox talks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure cranes, lifting equipment and rigging gear are inspected, certified, and maintained.
• Supervise riggers and crane operators during lifting operations and coordinate with vessel crews and contractors.
• Maintain lifting records and ensure compliance with WSH and marine requirements.
