Job summary

You will conduct pre-lifting checks, supervise riggers and crane operators, coordinate with vessel crews and contractors, and maintain records in line with WSH and marine requirements.

• Ensure cranes, lifting equipment and rigging gear are properly inspected and certified.
• Supervise riggers and crane operators during lifting operations.
• Coordinate with vessel crew, operations teams, contractors and clients.
• Stop unsafe work and report lifting-related incidents or near misses.
• Maintain lifting records and ensure compliance with WSH and marine requirements.
