Job summary

A restaurant group in Singapore is looking for a Supervisor (Full-time) to assist in daily operations and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food-service industry and be able to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends. Responsibilities include managing customer feedback and ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain an excellent service standard at all times.
• Making rolls and other light food preparations.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain neat eating and serving areas.
• Explain menu items to customers and make recommendations when necessary.
• Maintain outlet inventory and replenish when needed.
• Manage customers feedback.
• Maintain good workflow between customers and operations.
• Other adhoc tasks by Superior.

On job trainings will be given to the right candidate(s).

Our ideal candidate should possess...

• Previous experience working in the food-service industry preferred.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a supervisory/management role.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
