Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Supervisor (M&E) to oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works at construction sites. The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor work quality and progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) construction activities on site.

Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, technicians, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure M&E installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other site personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and inspection records.

Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Resolve technical and site coordination issues promptly.

Attend project meetings and provide progress updates as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or other related technical disciplines with relevant working experience.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising M&E construction works.

Good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems, installation procedures, and site coordination.

Familiar with Singapore construction practices and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage site operations effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project documentation.

Familiarity with construction management software and digital project coordination tools will be an advantage.

Willing to work at various project sites across Singapore.
