Job summary

MI & BEAUTY WELLNESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a spa therapist to provide consistent body and foot massages and reflexology in line with industry standards, while maintaining the highest service quality.

You will ensure spa facilities remain clean and well organized, prepare treatment products and replenish towels, handle customer queries, and build strong relationships with guests, following directions from the spa manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional body and foot massage and reflexology in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure high level of professional service standards.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment area.
• Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and maintain strong customer relationship.
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Manager.
