Job summary

EC Manpower Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled spa massage therapist to provide consistent professional body or foot massage in line with spa standards. You will maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and spa facilities and handle stock replenishment of towels and products.

Applicants should be able to work on weekends/public holidays, possess relevant spa experience, and demonstrate a pleasant, hardworking attitude to provide excellent service and follow supervisor instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing professional spa massage (body or foot).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage in accordance with spa standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities and treatment rooms.
• Prepare treatment products and replenish stocks and towels as needed.
• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from Spa Manager.

• Ensure high level of service standards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager.
