Job summary

WAN LIN FOOT REFLEXOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated massage therapist to consult with clients and select suitable services, delivering Foot Reflexology and Body Massage as requested. Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold hygiene standards throughout shifts.

You will participate in training and meetings to enhance skills and service quality, comply with regulations, and provide professional care to clients from diverse backgrounds in a busy spa environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Foot Reflexology and Body Massage.
• Relevant massage certification such as ITEC, CIDESCO or CIBTEC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend massage services.
• Deliver Foot Reflexology and Body Massage (with or without oil) per client requirements.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout the shift to ensure safety.
• Replace and organize linens between sessions.
• Sterilize massage equipment to meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality.
• Follow all applicable standards, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and client safety.
• Provide massage services professionally to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations throughout the shift to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Replace and keep linens clean and organized between client sessions
• Sterilize massage equipment to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality
• Follow all applicable standards, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and client safety
• Provide massage services comfortably and professionally to clients from diverse backgrounds

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in providing Foot Reflexology and Body Massage (with and without oil)
