Job summary

AARISH PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations-focused role to coordinate daily tasks, set productivity targets, and organize work schedules across the team.

The role requires relaying company policies and management goals to staff, reporting progress and concerns upward, and actively resolving day-to-day operational issues while ensuring compliance with quality

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Assign daily tasks, set productivity targets, and organize work schedules.
• Team Development: Train new hires, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Communication Link: Relay company policies and upper-management goals down to the team, while reporting progress and concerns back up.
• Quality & Safety Control: Monitor output to ensure standards are met and enforce workplace safety or compliance rules.
• Problem Solving: Resolve day-to-day operational issues, mediate team conflicts, and handle escalations
