Job summary

SAID & AMIN ENGINEERING (RENOVATION) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee staffing, scheduling, and project progress within renovation initiatives in Singapore. The role emphasizes coordination, mentoring, and ensuring team alignment across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will drive onboarding, provide regular feedback, resolve escalations promptly, enforce safety and compliance, and report outcomes to senior management with clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Create staff schedules, delegate daily tasks, and monitor active projects.
• Training & Onboarding: Teach new hires company policies, job duties, and safety rules.
• Performance Tracking: Set individual goals, review metrics, and give regular feedback or coaching.
• Conflict & Problem Resolution: Mediate employee disputes, handle escalations, and fix workflow bottlenecks.
• Reporting: Document attendance, track output, and report performance records to senior management.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to relay management goals downward and team issues upward.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff without alienating team members.
