Job summary

MINISTRY OF RECRUITERS PTE. LTD. is recruiting for an Operations Management & Service Delivery Assurance role.

You will supervise daily facility activities, schedule manpower, and ensure service delivery aligns with client contracts across diverse sites, including offices, factories, and healthcare environments. The role also covers client relations, quality audits, and HSE compliance, with involvement in training, recruitment support, inventory control, and record keeping.

Job description

1. Operations Management & Service Delivery Assurance

• Contractual SLA Enforcement: Supervise and coordinate daily facility and environmental activities to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery in strict accordance with individual client contract terms.
• Site Deployment and Scheduling: Plan, coordinate, and schedule manpower deployment (supervisors, cleaners, technicians) across assigned client sites (e.g., offices, factories, healthcare environments, or cleanrooms) to avoid manpower shortages.
• Hands‑on Team Support: Maintain a proactive, hands‑on approach, stepping in to support supervisory or operational duties on the ground whenever required to ensure target service levels are met.

2. Client Relations & Quality Control

• Site Inspections: Conduct rigorous, regular site walkthroughs and quality audits to verify that specialized cleaning and operational maintenance standards are met.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients; professionally handle feedback, track service‑related complaints, and enforce swift corrective actions to maintain client satisfaction.
• Specialized Program Tracking: Oversee tech‑integrated and certified sanitation workflows, such as managing compliance for properties participating in the Happy Toilet Programme or high‑grade cGMP cleanroom protocols.

3. Workforce Training & Talent Acquisition

• Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and train a diverse, multicultural site workforce (including site supervisors and frontline staff) to maintain consistent, high‑quality execution.
• Recruitment Support: Actively support the operations manager in driving localized recruitment initiatives to attract, interview, and onboard reliable operational talent.

4. Supply Chain & Inventory Control

• Resource Management: Monitor, control, and optimize the use of physical assets, inventory stock, specialized machinery, chemicals, and cleaning equipment across various locations.
• Procurement Sourcing: Regularly inspect the structural wear of site tools and equipment, arranging for timely replacements or product sourcing through WellSpring's authorized suppliers.

5. Health, Safety & Legal Compliance

• HSE Reporting: Enforce total staff compliance with national Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards, ensuring all site personnel adhere to strict safety protocols during complex cleaning or mechanical/electrical (M&E) repair works.
• Statutory Compliance: Monitor and log compliance frameworks tied to Singapore's legal guidelines, ensuring operations adhere to NEA regulations (e.g., vector control, environmental cleaning licenses) and WSH Council standards.

6. Records & Financial Management

• Basic Records Upkeep: Maintain accurate administrative logs, including employee attendance sheets, daily shift reports, machine maintenance cycles, and incident tracking records.
• Performance reporting: Compile periodic operational and cost‑management data dashboards, delivering actionable optimization recommendations directly to WellSpring's senior
