Job summary

Narachi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.

You will inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers, and ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings. • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
