Job summary

FAINBOW PINK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our F&B wholesale division.

You will supervise daily operations, manage inventory, oversee warehouse activities, and coordinate deliveries to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in F&B wholesale or related operations, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, wholesale, warehouse, or related operations.
• Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily wholesale operations and warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, checking, storing, and issuing of ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other products.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock records.
• Coordinate wholesale orders, picking, packing, and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Monitor stock expiry dates and ensure FIFO stock rotation.
• Train and supervise staff to follow SOPs and hygiene requirements.

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the F&B wholesale business, including inventory control, order fulfilment, warehouse operations, delivery coordination, and staff supervision to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily wholesale operations and warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, checking, storing, and issuing of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate wholesale orders, picking, packing, and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding stock availability, deliveries, shortages, and product discrepancies.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation.
• Supervise and allocate duties to warehouse and operations staff.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygiene of food products in accordance with company requirements.
• Monitor stock wastage, damaged goods, and expired products.
• Maintain proper records for stock receiving, transfers, deliveries, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, and Operations teams on stock and order-related matters.
• Handle operational issues and report significant discrepancies or concerns to management.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, workplace safety, and food hygiene requirements.
• Train and guide staff on proper warehouse and inventory procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
