Job summary

NMS SCAFFOLDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to support project management activities, coordinate workforce, and assist with ordering of raw materials and delivery orders.

You will help with safekeeping of tools and equipment, maintain site housekeeping, and assist in risk assessments and communication of risk controls to workers. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Co-ordinator in coordinating project management activities to ensure smooth execution
• Manage workers' work schedule
• Assist in worker deployment with Head Office
• Assist in ordering of raw materials
• Assist in putting up delivery orders
• Assist in safekeeping of tools and equipment
• Ensure good housekeeping in project sites
• Assist in monitoring and recommending risk control measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks
• Assist in preparation of risk assessment records after completion
• Assist in risk assessment communication to workers
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Assists Project Co-ordinator in monitoring and recommending appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risks identified;
• Assists Project Co-ordinator in preparation of risk assessment record after completion of the assessment;
• Assists Project Co-ordinator in risk assessment communication to the workers;
• Any other duties as may be assigned
