Job summary

Tat Hin Builders Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant/Junior Project Manager to assist in planning and supervising construction on-site. You will help keep projects on track, coordinate planning information, and liaise with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong on-site oversight, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day project execution while maintaining budget and quality targets.

• Experience in construction planning and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist to Senior Project Manager or Project Manager during planning and supervising work on site.
• Ensure the works goes on track.
• Provide information of construction planning and coordinate works to sub-contractors, client and consultant.
• Supervise and guide the workers to achieve requirement.
• Critical thinking and problem solving for incoming issue.
• Analyse the upcoming risk from the workplace or work processes and minimize impact within the construction activities.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project
• Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
