Job summary

HONG RUI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for an individual to assist the Project Manager in site supervision and management. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical and management aspects of construction projects.

The candidate will manage daily operations, control materials and labor costs, and ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements. The role involves liaising with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in site supervision and management.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating project aspects.
• Controlling the cost of materials and labour.
• Coordination of engineering deliverables.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, monitoring project progress.
• Liaising with all parties involved to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage daily operations of project execution.
• Solve construction problems effectively.
• Act as quality control to meet project objectives.
• Ensure project paperwork is kept up to date.
• Implement safe work procedures to control risk.
• Familiar with relevant legal requirements.

• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
• Attend site meeting, inspection, and monitoring of project progress with Main Con and Sub-cons.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies, and federal entities to ensure successful implementation of the project.
• To manage daily operation of the project execution.
• Solving construction problems as soundly as possible.
• Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met.
• To ensure that project paper works are properly kept and up to date.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Familiar with the relevant legal requirement.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
