Job summary

3 STAR ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent site assistant to support Project Managers and help deliver projects at the construction site.

The role involves coordinating with main contractor, subcontractors, and other parties to ensure timely progression. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of construction drawings for planning, monitoring site progress, supervising daily works, identifying issues, and reporting to management.

• Assisting the Project Managers to execute the projects at the construction site
• Liaising with maincontractor subcontractors and other parties involved for projects.
• Ensuring construction drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction and material planning.
• Monitoring, coordinating, and keeping track record of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
• Supervising daily works whenever is needed.
• Identifying and resolving worksite problems.
• Providing reports and activity updates to management.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation and Safety Procedures.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
