Job summary

FLY JET PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee daily aviation operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to procedures and service standards.

You will coordinate staff, monitor performance, maintain records and liaise with other departments to support smooth operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, attendance monitoring, compliance with aviation standards, conducting quality checks, preparing reports, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily aviation operational activities and assigned teams to meet service standards.
• Allocate duties and create work schedules based on operational needs to optimize workforce deployment.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, and work performance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and aviation standards.
• Conduct regular quality and service standard checks to uphold operational excellence.
• Coordinate with operations, administration, logistics, and other departments to facilitate seamless workflows.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly; elevate significant matters to management as needed.
• Train and guide employees on work procedures, safety practices, and company policies to enhance team competency.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, work assignments, inspections, incidents, and operational activities for accountability.
• Assist management in manpower and resource planning aligned with operational demands.
• Monitor proper use and maintenance of equipment and workplace facilities to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare daily or periodic operational reports for management review and decision-making.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
• Enforce employee adherence to security, safety, and access-control procedures relevant to aviation operations.
• Perform additional operational and supervisory duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
