Responsibilities

• Establish clear daily, weekly and monthly team objectives and cascade these targets to team members.
• Plan workflow, allocate job responsibilities and prepare work schedules for smooth daily operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance and provide on-the-job coaching to employees.
• Evaluate operational workflows to detect efficiency shortfalls and advise on optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and internal company standards.
