Job summary

KKK INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced operations supervisor to oversee daily activities, drive efficiency, and ensure on-time deliveries. The role coordinates with customers and contractors to maintain smooth workflows and service excellence.

You will coach the team, promote best practices, implement policies, monitor costs and risks, and ensure compliance for safe, profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily operations of organization.
• Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
• Responsible for ontime deliverables to customers.
• Address operational issues and concerns from main contractor and customer in a timely fashion.
• Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
• Educate operation team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
• Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs.
• Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
• Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
• Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized.
• Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
• Coordinate with General Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
• Able to arrange and complete the deliverables, in case of any vehicle breakdown or any interruptions in the operations.
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
• Generate operational reports for management as needed.
