Job summary

G3 (SG) PTE. LTD. operates a premium retail environment. The Supervisor leads day‑to‑day sales floor execution, delivering an elevated customer experience while supporting sales performance and store standards. The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

Working closely with the Assistant Store Leader and Store Leader, the Supervisor guides floor deployment, coaching, product knowledge, stock and daily operations to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior sales role.
• Experience in fashion, premium retail or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and selling skills with a passion for elevating the customer experience.
• Confident in leading and guiding a team on the sales floor, including floor deployment and daily task allocation.
• Good product knowledge with the ability to provide fitting and styling recommendations.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility

The Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day sales floor execution, ensuring the team delivers an elevated SKIMS customer experience while supporting sales performance and store standards.

Working closely with the Assistant Store Leader and Store Leader, the Supervisor is responsible for floor deployment, team guidance, customer engagement, product knowledge and daily operational execution. The Supervisor leads by example on the sales floor, supports Team Members in delivering confident product and fit recommendations, and ensures all assigned tasks are completed to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Lead by example in engaging customers and delivering a personalised and welcoming shopping experience.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales and productivity targets.
• Coach Team Members on customer engagement, selling behaviours and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, fit and styling recommendations.
• Monitor customer traffic and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
• Handle day-to-day customer concerns and escape more complex matters to the management team.

Floor Leadership

• Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts and ensure effective team deployment.
• Allocate team members to appropriate zones, fitting rooms, cashier and other areas based on business needs.
• Conduct or support daily team briefings and communicate priorities for the shift.
• Monitor the team's performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Ensure Team Members remain engaged, productive and customer-focused throughout the shift.

Product & Store Presentation

• Maintain strong knowledge of SKIMS products, collections, sizing, fit and key product features.
• Ensure products are replenished and correctly presented on the sales floor.
• Maintain fitting rooms and sales areas to SKIMS standards.
• Support the execution of product launches, campaigns and merchandising updates.

Daily Operations

• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, stockroom organisation and inventory activities.
• Ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.Support cash handling and POS procedures where required.
• Identify and communicate operational issues to the Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader.

Team Support

• Support the onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Share feedback on Team Member performance and development with the management team.
• Act as a reliable point of support for Team Members during daily operations.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism and a positive store environment.

Any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
