Job summary

3BAY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and build strong client relationships. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and implement training to raise skills and sales results.

The role involves planning and coordinating promotions, ensuring brand presentation, managing store security, and preparing operations and inventory reports, with required shift work and a focus on KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail/beauty industry.
• Able to work retail hours / shift work.
• Excellent customer service, strong leadership, planning and coordination, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Regularly evaluate the sales and customer service skills of staff, provide coaching on skills improvement where necessary.
• Monitors and assists sales staff development by providing on-the-job training, product training, etc.
• Identifies and handles client enquiries and complaints.
• Recommend creative ideas to build/develop a strong regular clientele.
• Able to manage, drive and achieve KPI(s)
• Ensures store presentation is consistent with the brand image.
• Coordinate and execute sales plans, marketing events and promotion programs with the team.
• Ensure proper security measures are enforced across processes and store.
• Prepare all required operations and inventory reports.
