Job summary

ANGLESEY EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable individual to support daily operations at our outlet in Singapore.

You will assist the manager and assistant manager in running the outlet smoothly, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote promotional items. You will be responsible for cash handling in the absence of the manager, coaching staff, opening/closing duties, and maintaining outlet cleanliness and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager/assistant manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Ensure guest needs are taken care of and recommend them the promotional items.
• Responsible and accountable for all cash amounts within outlet, in the absence of manager.
• Coach and train existing and new staff.
• Responsible for proper opening and closing of the outlet.
• Feedback to the manager on any operational issues.
• Responsible for the outlet upkeep and cleanliness
• Responsible for Inventory.
