Job summary

EVERIMM CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our facilities in Singapore. You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and maintain records and reports for management review.

Responsibilities include inspecting work areas, coordinating schedules, monitoring supplies, reporting issues, and driving continuous improvement in cleaning quality and compliance with policies.

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Allocate cleaning duties and work schedules according to operational requirements
• Prepare reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and supply usage for management review
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain cleaning records, checklists, inspection reports, and other operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Report operational problems, safety hazards, and service deficiencies to management
• Ensure staff comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements
