• Monitor, track, and order cleaning supplies, toiletries, and equipment to prevent shortages.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and chemical handling.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises (offices, toilets, pantries) to ensure flawless execution of duties.
• Manage team rosters, track attendance, and arrange cover shifts for absent staff.
• Act as the main point of contact for management, reporting any major maintenance issues, accidents, or supply needs.
