Job summary

Singapore Biken Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated cleaning supervisor to oversee daily operations in our offices and facilities. You will assign tasks to the cleaning team, monitor performance, and ensure all areas meet our cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplies and ordering items to prevent shortages, training new staff in cleaning techniques and safety, conducting routine inspections, managing rosters, and serving as the main point of contact for maintenance issues.

• Manage team rosters, track attendance, and arrange cover shifts for absent staff.
• Act as the main point of contact for management, reporting any major maintenance issues, accidents, or supply needs.
