Job summary

Jordon Food Industries Pte Ltd. is seeking a skilled meat preparation associate to ensure quality and safety standards while serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will cut, grind, and prepare meats, inspect products for quality, and maintain cleanliness and displays. Prior butchering experience and a valid Food Safety Certificate are preferred and beneficial for daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of butchering experience preferred.
• Valid Food Safety Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, and prepare meats accurately to meet sales requirements.
• Inspect meats and related products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure hygiene and safety.
• Set up and maintain accurate product displays and signage for customer clarity.
• Respond to customer requests politely and professionally to enhance customer experience.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor to support daily operations.

Incorporated in 1996, the client specializes in supplying fresh and frozen pork, including free-range pork and delicatessen products such as hams and sausages. They also operate in food manufacturing, cold storage, wholesale, distribution, and import.

Job Summary

You will prepare and process meats for sale, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while maintaining equipment and providing courteous customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Other Information

Working hours are between 7am to 8pm, 6 days per week, with overtime paid after 44 hours

Salary range: $3000 to $4000 per month
