Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Meat Specialist (Delicato) to drive product presentation, maintain freshness, and deliver outstanding customer service in our retail environment island-wide. You will supervise meat cutters and counter staff, apply knowledge of cuts and preparation, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires at least 1 year in fresh meat or related retail, strong communication, and the physical fitness to handle stock and a six-day work

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fresh food, butcher, meat processing (Beef/Pork/Lamb), supermarket, grocery retail, or related industries.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, meat preparation, food handling, and food safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Service-oriented team player with leadership potential.
• Physically fit and able to carry up to 10kg and perform stock replenishment duties.
• Able to work a 6-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
