Job summary

DIVE-MARINE SERVICES (PTE.) LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ROV Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, supervise underwater ROV operations, and ensure reliable support for related systems.

You will oversee maintenance, setup and troubleshooting of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components, support R&D, document data for analysis, and adapt to irregular shifts and outdoor or shipboard work as required.

Responsibilities

• The ROV Supervisor must, always, perform his/her duties with an ability to manageall aspects of the job site, to properly direct ROV team members in theperformance of their duties, and remain ready to respond to emergencyconditions.
• Shall manage and overseeROV operations in commercial settings to ensure efficiency, safety andcompliance with regulations. He shall always be in the immediate vicinity andin direct control of the operation
• Perform preventive maintenance on underwater systems to ensure operational reliability
• Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and construct hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components for underwater ROVs and ancillary systems
• Support research and development activities by fabricating, building, and upgrading new and existing ROVs
• Ensure the team record and manage data accurately during operational jobs to support analysis and reporting
• Work outdoors or on-board ships, maintaining physical fitness to meet job demands and adapt to irregular shift hours as required by operational schedules
