Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. leads a submarine cable program, coordinating across customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver secure, timely submarine cable projects. You will shape joint build models, manage budgets, and drive design, manufacturing and installation activities with vendors.

The role requires engineering expertise, extensive experience in submarine cable projects, and strong stakeholder management to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication.
• 7–10 years in submarine cable operations or projects.
• Experience in design, vendor selection and project implementation.
• Experience with submarine cable equipment: PFE, monitoring equipment, OADM, SLTE, OTDR/COTDR, Spectrum analyzer.
• Experience in customer service delivery, assurance or partnership management.
• Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into partnership models and project plans.
• Develop ownership structures for consortium projects and agreements.
• Consolidate budgets and monitor costs across vendors and partners.
• Track budgets, forecast expenditures, and identify cost overruns.
• Manage cost-sharing, billing, and cost recovery with consortium partners.
• Drive submarine cable design, manufacture, and installation activities with vendors.
• Ensure deliverables and timelines with customers, landing parties and service providers.
• Serve as subject matter expert and main contact for customers and partners.
