Job summary

Keppel Data Centres is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development & Subsea Network Investments to lead cross-functional programs in infrastructure and networking.

You will work with multiple Keppel divisions to define goals, drive investment cases for international submarine cable systems and regional networks, and negotiate MOUs and definitive agreements with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience delivering large cross-functional international programs.
• Knowledge of Asia Pacific internet ecosystems and fiber optic networks.
• Ability to review and negotiate MOUs, Term Sheets and Definitive Agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, partnerships and investments in subsea and terrestrial networks.
• Develop budgets and financial models for international submarine cable projects.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal to negotiate MOUs, Binding Term Sheets and Definitive Agreements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide clear progress reporting.
• Engage third-party consultants as needed.
