We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development & Partnerships Manager with proven experience, strong sense of ownership and passion for defining and driving large cross‑functional programs in the infrastructure and networking space. The candidate should be self‑driven, can learn quickly and influence decision‑making across organizations. In this position, you will work closely with various Keppel business divisions to gather, refine, and drive programme goals to deliver various projects. Job Responsibilities

• Team leader to lead in new business opportunities in the subsea arena with potential strategic partners and customers.
• Develop budgets and financial models for international submarine cable systems and domestic terrestrial networks, across the entire project lifecycle from seed funding to development to operational phase.
• Work closely with tax advisors to create tax‑efficient holding structures for the investment.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and External Legal teams to negotiate MOUs, Binding Term Sheets and Definitive Agreements.
• Review agreements and contracts and negotiate with partners and customers.
• Manage and engage third‑party consultants for the relevant areas of work requirements.
• Process data on emerging markets and conduct feasibility studies on key markets.
• Provide clear and objective analysis and recommendations for the investment.
• Develop business cases and obtain approvals from internal stakeholders.
• Manage market research for new projects.
• Partner management and provide inputs to the sales team in developing compelling business propositions to potential customers who may be partners in the branch landings.
• Work closely with Corporate Legal and External Legal teams to negotiate MOUs, Binding Term Sheets and Definitive Agreements (IRU).
