in Singapore seeks a diligent TMA Programme / Operations Coordinator to organise delivery and administration of Pilates education programmes, ensuring timely student and educator support, smooth course management, and accurate handling of examinations and certification processes. You will coordinate Balanced Body courses, support enrollment, arrange venues and materials, manage feedback, payments and payroll data, and assist with marketing, reports and open houses.

Responsibilities

• Balanced Body course coordination: plan the semester calendar, check educator availability and coordinate teaching assignments with the Education Director.
• Student support and administration: respond to enquiries, maintain course interest lists, manage registrations, and coordinate practice sessions, mentoring, test-outs and certification follow-up.
• Course delivery: arrange rooms, manuals, equipment and communications; oversee attendance and course-day readiness; collect feedback and submit student information to Balanced Body.
• Systems and financial administration: maintain MBOL courses and packages, collect and check payments, process cancellation refunds, complete outstanding-visit checks and coordinate relevant payroll information and petty cash.
• Programme promotion and business support: maintain Shopify content, work with Marketing on course uptake, prepare relevant reports, support pricing reviews, competitor research and open houses.
• Special programme logistics: coordinate overseas trainers’ course requirements, travel arrangements and settlement processes, and administer CIRCLE products, video distribution and content updates.
