Job summary

Dr Scalp, a Singapore-based scalp and hair care brand, is seeking a creative content lead to own our social media end-to-end. You’ll film in our studios, edit, design, post, reply, and shape how customers view us across emails, marketplace listings, website visuals and in-studio collateral.

You’ll run batched shoot days across two studios, produce vertical videos and static posts, design EDM templates, and optimize assets for Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and the website.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in-house or agency social content creation.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form vertical video independently.
• Basic graphic design skills; Canva/Photoshop or Figma familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the social end-to-end: filming, editing, design, posting, replying, and reporting.
• Run batched shoot days across two studios; capture scalp scan imagery and product visuals.
• Edit short-form vertical video and produce static posts, carousels, and email templates.
• Design website banners, landing pages, and in-studio collateral to maintain brand consistency.
• Publish content calendars at least four weeks ahead; write captions in brand voice; engage with audience.
