The role requires independence, trend awareness, and collaboration with internal teams. You will produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu, while planning monthly calendars and tracking performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in content creation or social-media marketing.
• Portfolio of short-form videos or campaigns required.
• Ability to film and edit independently using phone or camera.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly content calendar for Doctor Clean.
• Develop video ideas, scripts, captions, and CTAs.
• Film on-site at customer locations and company activities.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms and website.
• Research trends and convert into brand content.
• Manage footage, files, accounts, and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with teams for shoots.
• Track performance and suggest improvements.
