You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with the founders, turning quick ideas into live posts and ads. The role rewards results and offers room to grow as we build the content function for the brand.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of content, social or video work.
• Portfolio you are proud of.
• Able to explain why a video will work within three seconds.

Responsibilities

• Write 10 to 20 short-form scripts and pick the five worth shooting.
• Run 2 to 3 shoot days: street interviews, founder pieces, product demos.
• Plan the campaign around a launch: the angle, the assets, what each channel gets.
• Read the ad account with our performance marketer and work out why the winner won.
• Find the next format before everyone else copies the current one.
