Job summary

Dr Scalp, a Singapore-based scalp and hair care brand, is seeking a creative content lead to own our social media end-to-end. You’ll film in our studios, edit, design, post, reply, and shape how customers view us across emails, marketplace listings, website visuals and in-studio collateral.

You’ll run batched shoot days across two studios, produce vertical videos and static posts, design EDM templates, and optimize assets for Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and the website.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in-house or agency social content creation.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form vertical video independently.
• Basic graphic design skills; Canva/Photoshop or Figma familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the social end-to-end: filming, editing, design, posting, replying, and reporting.

Job description

Dr Scalp is a Singapore scalp and hair care brand with two studios, at Raffles City and The Centrepoint, and our own range of scalp and hair care products.

We use AI scalp scanning to show people what’s actually happening on their scalp, then treat it. It’s genuinely interesting to look at, and almost nobody has seen it before. We’re rebuilding this brand from the ground up, and a second AWHL brand joins in the next 6 to 12 months. What you build here is the foundation for both.

What You’ll Do

The Role

You’ll own our social end to end, filming in our studios, editing, designing, posting, replying, and telling us what’s working. You'll also design what customers see everywhere else. Emails, marketplace listings, website visuals and in-studio collateral.

Film & Photograph:

• Run batched shoot days across our two studios
• Film treatments, scan sessions, consultations, products and the team (always with consent captured first)
• Photograph products, studio spaces and before/after series to our photo standard
• Screen-record and capture scalp scan imagery as a repeatable content format
• Keep the raw asset library organised, named and backed up

Edit & Design:

• Edit short-form vertical video: cut, caption, subtitle, music, colour
• Produce static posts and carousels in Canva or Photoshop to brand templates
• Resize and re-version assets for Instagram, TikTok, the website and email
• Basic motion graphics and text animation
• Design EDM templates and campaign emails, working with the e-commerce team on the offer and copy
• Design marketplace listing images and enhanced content for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, to each platform's specification
• Design website banners, product imagery and landing page visuals
• Design in-studio collateral when we need it. Price displays, treatment menus, posters
• Keep everytouchpoint consistent, so the ad, the email, the listing and the studio wall look like the same company

Publish & Engage:

• Own the content calendar, planned at least four weeks ahead
• Write captions in our brand voice, with hashtags and alt text
• Reply to comments and DMs the same working day, and hand genuine enquiries to the booking team
• Liaise with UGC creators to bring in additional content
• Set up and maintain automated replies, saved responses and story highlights

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience, in-house or agency. If you've grown an account from a cold start, lead with that and tell us what you achieved
• You shoot and edit short-form vertical video independently, by phone or camera, in CapCut or Premiere
• Basic graphic design in Canva. Photoshop or Figma is an advantage
• You write clean, natural English captions
• You're comfortable being on camera
• You're organised enough to hold a four-week content calendar
• You're fluent in current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. Formats, audio, what's working right now
• You can turn a reactive piece around within 24 hours when something is moving
• You're happy working across different locations with a camera kit, and the occasional evening or weekend for shoots and events
• You've designed for e-commerce or email before, or you can show us layout work that isn't social
• Beauty, wellness or aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirement
