Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd invites applications for a Gear-Up Support Officer in Singapore. The role requires at least 4 years of experience in a secondary school setting, excellent English communication, and strong documentation skills to support student welfare.

You will monitor attendance and behaviour, patrol premises, assist with interventions and home visits, provide administrative support for student activities, and perform other duties as assigned.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a secondary school setting.
• Proficient in spoken and written English with good documentation skills.
• Able to engage students, monitor well-being and follow up on interventions.
• Mature, firm, composed and empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and manage student behaviour constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor student attendance and latecoming.
• Patrol school premises and surrounding areas to ensure student safety.
• Identify at-risk students and support intervention programmes and home visits.
• Assist with student discipline and smoking/vaping cessation efforts.
• Maintain records of student interactions, incidents and interventions.
• Provide administrative support for student-related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
