Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated role to support student welfare and safety within a school setting. The position involves guiding students, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating with school staff to address concerns.

The role runs for 1 year (Jan 2027 to Dec 2027), Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm, with occasional weekends for school events. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in education, youth work, community or social services is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to engage youths effectively while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Able to manage challenging situations calmly and exercise sound judgement.
• Good documentation, reporting and confidentiality practices.
• Mature, patient, resilient and adaptable.
• Able to work collaboratively with students, parents and school personnel.
• Able to comply with school policies, procedures and reporting protocols.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and provide guidance and follow-up support.
• Assist with student conduct and behavioural management, including de-escalation, conflict resolution and restorative follow-up.
• Supervise students, monitor behaviour and report safety or well-being concerns.
• Coordinate student cases with school personnel, parents and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, interventions and follow-up actions.
• Monitor relevant youth, behavioural and online trends affecting student safety and well-being.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the school.
