Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Student Discipline Supervisor to monitor and support students, manage disciplinary cases and assist in events at the school. The role is a 1-year contract in Singapore with duties including patrols, documentation and parent liaison.

Applicants should have at least O-Level and strong communication skills; experience with students and handling disciplinary matters is preferred. Training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with students or teenagers, preferably in discipline management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage students and liaise with parents/guardians and teachers.
• Patient, empathetic and able to handle student-related matters professionally.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage late-coming students, detention and suspension cases.
• Conduct patrols within and around the school premises during and after school hours.
• Support the investigation, documentation and follow-up of disciplinary incidents.
• Provide guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases.
• Maintain and update disciplinary records and incident reports.
• Manage the confiscation and return of students' mobile devices and learning devices.
• Support student supervision and crowd management during assemblies, recess, dismissal and school events.
• Provide administrative and operational support for school events and related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
