V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pastoral Care Officer to provide targeted support within HNS programmes, supervise the after-school centre, and mentor high-needs students.

The role includes monitoring progress, delivering group mentoring activities, and coordinating conflict resolution initiatives. The ideal candidate has MOE registration, experience with at-risk youth, and a background in primary education.

Qualifikationen

• Must be registered with MOE.
• Direct experience with at-risk children and/or youths.
• Experience in a primary school environment supporting student development.
• Experience designing and delivering conflict resolution workshops for students.
• Maintaining detailed records of student engagement, progress, and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Provide targeted support and guidance across HNS programmes to build meaningful relationships and encourage growth.
• Supervise the after-school dropping centre.
• Provide counselling, mentoring, and guidance to high-needs students.
• Maintain records and share insights with Core Team and Form Teachers.
• Coordinate group mentoring and experiential learning activities to build self-worth, mindfulness, resilience, and compassion.
• Conduct homework support to help HNS students complete assignments effectively.
• Lead weekly conflict resolution clinics and empower peer mediators.
• Deliver staff workshops to strengthen HNS support capabilities.
