Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support and guidance for HNS; create inclusive environments.
• Supervise the after-school dropping centre.
• Provide counselling, mentoring and guidance to high-needs students.
• Assist in discipline matters (fact-finding and follow-up).
• Maintain records; track individual progress.
• Provide termly staff updates and semester reports to school leaders.
• Plan and review group mentoring sessions.
