Job summary

GreenSafe International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive coordinator to provide targeted support and guidance for HNS, supervise the after-school dropping centre, and mentor high-needs students. You will help with discipline matters, maintain records, and report progress to school leaders.

The role requires MOE registration, a degree, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in record-keeping and mentoring. A mediator or related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• MOE registration is required.
• A bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution is preferred.
• Proven record-keeping and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support and guidance for HNS; create inclusive environments

• Provide termly staff updates and semester reports to school leaders
• Plan and review FLY/L.O.L group mentoring
• Deliver experiential learning activities
• Establish a conducive Homework Support Club environment and provide guidance
• Facilitate relationship-building activities
• Conduct weekly conflict resolution clinics and train HNS peer mediators
• Conduct staff workshops to support HNS

Working hours: Mon to Thur: 10 am to 4 pm

Requirements

• Registered with MOE

• At least 2 years' relevant working experience

• Preferably a Degree from a recognised institution

• Preferably an accredited mediator, AMIS instructor, or hold relevant certifications

• Proven record-keeping and reporting skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
