Job summary

The Wellbeing School Counsellor at International French School (Singapore) Ltd. delivers direct individual and group counselling to students and staff, under the supervision of the Wellbeing & Counselling Centre Manager, focusing on case management, crisis response, and wellbeing workshops.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor with post‑graduate qualification in counselling or related field.
• Accreditation or eligibility for registration with a professional body.
• 3–5 years post‑qualification clinical counselling experience.
• Experience in schools or education settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling addressing emotional, social and mental health needs.
• Manage caseload with short‑term and extended support, while monitoring capacity.
• Deliver wellbeing workshops and collaborate with parents, teachers and staff.
• Maintain timely, confidential records and ensure safeguarding compliance.
