Job summary

WSH Experts Pte. Ltd. seeks a dedicated education support professional to work within our school environments, focusing on student guidance and wellbeing.

You will build positive relationships, monitor conduct and safety, engage with stakeholders, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with school policies and procedures. The role requires adaptability to school calendars and emerging youth trends.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and provide timely guidance and follow-up to those requiring additional support.
• Assist in managing student conduct and behavioural incidents, including de-escalation, conflict resolution and restorative follow-up, in accordance with school procedures.
• Supervise students, monitor interactions and behavioural patterns, and promptly report emerging concerns to designated school personnel.
• Collaborate with school personnel and relevant stakeholders in managing and following up on student cases, including liaising with parents or guardians as directed by the school.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student incidents, observations, interventions and follow-up actions in accordance with school requirements.
• Stay abreast of relevant youth, behavioural and online trends, and highlight potential implications for student conduct, safety and well-being.
• Undertake other student management and related duties as assigned by the school to meet operational needs.
• Exercise sound professional judgement and maintain appropriate professional boundaries in all interactions with students, parents, staff and other stakeholders.
• Handle and safeguard student, family and school information professionally, sensitively and confidentially, in accordance with the school's information management and confidentiality requirements.
• Adhere to the school's established policies, procedures and reporting protocols, and work under the direction of designated school personnel.
• Remain responsive and adaptable to the school's operational needs, recognising that the nature, frequency and priority of duties may vary according to the school calendar, student needs and prevailing circumstances.
