Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking staff to patrol school grounds and assist in student management. You will help maintain order during classes, recess and meals, handle late students, conduct attire/hair checks, and serve as a liaison with parents when needed.

The role includes supporting the Student Management Committee, handling investigations, and assisting in admin tasks during holidays. A team player with initiative is preferred for a dynamic school environment located in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• 1. Patrol school compound and nearby vicinity before, during and after school hours to ensure orderliness of students.
• 2. Maintain discipline and orderliness of students during recesses and lunch breaks in school compound.
• 3. Provide the necessary disciplinary support to help teachers in managing their classes.
• 4. Provide interim care‑taking of students when necessary.
• 5. Manage late‑coming of students, attire check and hair check.
• 6. Be the point of contact for parents pertaining to student management issues when necessary.
• 7. Assist Student Management Committee in preliminary investigation of cases.
• 8. Manage detention, suspension of students from class and follow‑up on students who do not comply.
• 9. Resolve conflicts between students using Restorative Practice.
• 10. Analyse and track data for late‑coming using appropriate software e.g. Microsoft Office.
• 11. Perform Data Entry on student management matters.
• 12. Assist in administrative duties during school holidays/ term breaks.
• 13. Assist in school safety matters such as directing traffic
• 14. Enjoy working with students, has initiative and is a good team player
• 15. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by School Leaders, Head of Department/ Year Heads and Administration Manager
